I’m an eclectic artist who is always anxious to try new things – I don’t easily fit into a box. From my beginnings as a watercolor artist, to collage, to digital to Joomchi (a fascinating ancient Korean art) – I find myself most delighted when various media combine themselves in an unexpected way.
My career path has also been eclectic beginning as a 4th grade teacher after graduating from Cornell College. I went on to run an aerobic dance program here in town in the 80s and 90s and finished my career at Rochester Community and Technical College as Educational Technology Director paired with teaching graphic design and computer graphics.
My husband and I moved here in 1979 and raised 3 children. Happily retired, I work part time behind the membership services desk at 125 Live and help with their website design and social media posts. I’ve been active in our many local community theatres on stage and off and serve on two boards supporting them.
