My interest in nature photography began when I moved to Rochester to pursue my medical degree. My backyard was a haven for local birdlife. Soon I was hooked and off in pursuit of wilder things, brown bears in Alaska. What began as a pursuit of photography of things with a heartbeat has expanded to the beauty of landscapes and the lure of the northern lights. I have traveled to all seven continents in search of new images capturing my vision of nature’s beauty.
