Jeanette Ahern

Jeanette Ahern has been an active painter for the past 45 years, creating
art in the Realist Tradition. She has painted landscapes, still life and
portraits in pastel, oil and watercolor. She chooses the medium that gives
the greatest expression and flexibility for the subject matter.

Jeanette and her husband live in Plainview, Minnesota. Prior to retiring,
Jeanette taught adult art classes in her studio in Prescott, Wisconsin and
had conducted Plein-aire workshops in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana and
Iowa.

Her formal education began when she attended Penn State University. She
also studied under professional artist, Dimitar Krustev, Robert Brackman,
Daniel Green and Foster Caddell.

Her paintings are in private homes and businesses throughout the United
